Orange Cove Schedules Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner November 23

ORANGE COVE — CALIFORNIA58 LOCAL. Orange Cove will host its annual community Thanksgiving dinner Monday, November 23, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Orange Cove Community Center, 1705 South Anchor Avenue.

Local details

The city’s official announcement describes the gathering as a free, complimentary community event intended to bring people together for food and gratitude. It provides both English- and Spanish-language announcements.

Families and neighbors who are interested should verify any reservation or participation conditions before the event. The published short listing confirms the date, time and venue but does not provide a detailed menu, transportation options or a guarantee of unlimited seating.

A citywide meal can give residents an opportunity to spend time with neighbors and people who might otherwise have limited holiday plans. However, an advertised gathering should not be treated as a substitute for year-round food assistance programs.

This is a scheduled future event. Its organizers may change staffing, programming or service arrangements, so residents should follow the city’s updated notice before November 23.
